On January 20th, Contemporary Services Corporation’s Washington DC and Philadelphia branch offices provided services for the 44th Presidential Inauguration. In the weeks leading up to the ceremony, CSC’s DC branch provided 24-hour coverage at the Lincoln Memorial and the National Mall. Working in conjunction with the US Secret Service and the DC police department, CSC also provided services for a number of special events prior to Inauguration Day, including the ‘We Are One’ concert at the Lincoln Memorial, the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service event held at RFK Stadium, and the Kids’ Inaugural: ‘We Are the Future’ concert held at the Verizon Center in downtown Washington DC.

On the morning of the Inauguration, CSC’s personnel were stationed at the video boards and speaker towers along a two-mile stretch of the National Mall between 3rd Street and the Lincoln Memorial. Following the ceremony, CSC’s Philadelphia branch provided coverage along the Inaugural Parade route, including the VIP area in front of the White House and the President’s viewing stand. CSC also provided services at the Southern-States Inaugural Ball, held that evening at the DC Armory. This is the 4th Inauguration in which CSC has participated.
