WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
CSC utilizes a web-based software solution for all workforce management functions, including recruitment, training, scheduling, credentialing, pay-roll, billing, sign-in/sign-out and deployments. This software is currently used by all CSC branches across the U.S. and is a critical component of efficiency.
INCIDENT REPORTING
CSC is strategically partnered with VenueSoft, a provider of an integrated and multifunctional software and hardware platform for managing the safety and security requirements of large entertainment venues. VenueSoft offers reliable solutions for the most critical and costly risk management challenges and is readily adaptable to a wide range of venue types.
RECRUITING
CSC has developed a unique and exceptional labor pool through specialized "targeted recruiting". Individuals must undergo a thorough screening process, interview and initial orientation, and background checks are performed in compliance with state and local licensing requirements. CSC is nationally recognized for its strong EEO objectives and has received employer of the year awards from both the Urban League and the Marriott Bridges Foundation.
TRAINING

This is of utmost importance to us because our team plays the important role of protecting the public during major, high-profile events. Therefore, we ensure that all of our employees are trained well beyond the standards set forth by individual state regulations. There is no room for error when public safety is involved, and we strongly believe that our employees should be trained and ready to handle even the most critical of situations.
CORPORATE SUPPORT/INTER-BRANCH COMMUNICATION
CSC has team members that are experts in every type of special event and are always on-call to lend their support and expertise. Additionally, each branch office has the ability to import qualified, experienced staff from neighboring offices. This supplemental workforce ensures that CSC is always on-call and is not short-staffed. All branch office locations are supported by CSC’s corporate headquarters in Northridge, California.
GREEN INITIATIVES
CSC is committed to “Green” practices and makes every effort to be environmentally conscious. This includes the use of recycled or FSC certified paper on all printed materials as well as the employment of general recycling and energy-saving practices within each of its branch offices. CSC also works with its clients to implement green initiatives within their venues.
